Loop

Every hour, a new 6.7 km lap starts. You must complete it before the next lap starts.

Timing

Miss the start or fail to finish a lap in time, you're out. No exceptions.

Aid Station

Indoor aid station open for the full 24 hours. Use your time between laps wisely.

Last One Standing

The event continues until only one runner remains, or everyone has dropped.
